Close to Thee, close to thee, close to thee, close to thee; All along my pilgrim journey, Savior, let me walk with Thee. 2 Not for ease or worldly pleasure, nor for fame my prayer shall be; Gladly will I toil and suffer, only let me walk with Thee. Close to Thee, close to thee, close to thee, close to thee; All along my pilgrim journey, Savior, let me walk with Thee. 3 Lead me thro' the vale of shadows, bear me o'er life's fitful sea; Then the gate of life eternal may I enter, Lord, with Thee Close to Thee, close to thee, close to thee, close to thee; All along my pilgrim journey, Savior, let me walk with Thee. Joshua 15:12-20 12 The western boundary is the coastline of the Great Sea. These are the boundaries around the people of Judah by their clans. 13 In accordance with the LORD's command to him, Joshua gave to Caleb son of Jephunneh a portion in Judah--Kiriath Arba, that is, Hebron. (Arba was the forefather of Anak.) 14 From Hebron Caleb drove out the three Anakites--Sheshai, Ahiman and Talmai--descendants of Anak. 15 From there he marched against the people living in Debir (formerly called Kiriath Sepher). 16 And Caleb said, "I will give my daughter Acsah in marriage to the man who attacks and captures Kiriath Sepher." 17 Othniel son of Kenaz, Caleb's brother, took it; so Caleb gave his daughter Acsah to him in marriage. 18 One day when she came to Othniel, she urged him to ask her father for a field. When she got off her donkey, Caleb asked her, "What can I do for you?" 19 She replied, "Do me a special favor. Since you have given me land in the Negev, give me also springs of water." So Caleb gave her the upper and lower springs. 20 This is the inheritance of the tribe of Judah, clan by clan: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors, And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. amen.
